Danae Cranley and Christopher M. Cranley sold a one-bedroom, one-bath condo at 199 New Montgomery St. Unit #906 in Financial District to Qiyun Cai for $576,500 on Nov. 10. The Cranleys paid $601,500 for the unit in March 2005. The 787-square-foot condo is part of 199 New Montgomery St. condominium, which was built in 2004.

Ms. Cranley is a pension consultant for retirement plan sales at Standard Insurance Company. She most recently served the company as director of retirement plans institutional sales group and also worked for several years as an employee benefits consultant for employee benefit sales group.

She graduated from Saint Mary's College.

Cai is an analyst at Cornerstone Research. Cai was a research intern at Boutique Air, business development summer intern at True Ventures and Syncplicity and real estate investment banking summer analyst at Morgan Stanley.

Cai holds a Bachelor of Arts with triple major in integrated science program, mathematics and economics. According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 43 condo sales in Financial District during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $809,500.
